Facilities

FILL STATION
Our fill station is one of the finest diver air facilities in the state of Hawaii, with a capacity to fill 12 tanks at once for high volume requests, and the ability to fill cylinders up to 3500psi. We believe that at the heart of any fill station is high quality breathing air. As a result, we have our air tested quarterly to ensure we comply with the Compresses Gas Association Grade E standards for breathing air. Our air consistently meets and exceeds these standards.

We also believe that there is much more to breathing gas than just air, however. For that reason, our experienced gas blending staff is capable of filling any mixed gas request - from recreational Nitrox to Trimix.

RENTAL GEAR
Are you tired of rental gear that doesn't fit or malfunctions as soon as you start your dive? So were we. That is why we use high quality, well maintained rental equipment. Also, we are constantly turning over our rental stock, so most of our rental equipment is less than a year old, with none of it more than two years old. We use rugged, dependable Oceanic BCD's and regulators. We offer Oceanic, Scubapro and O'Neill wetsuits in short and full-length sizes from XS TO XXXL. Our rental masks, snorkels, and fins feature top-of-the-line models from Scubapro, Mares, Oceanic and Cressi Sub. Most of our retail stock of masks, snorkels and fins is available for rental on a "try before you buy" basis.

Our rental tanks are available in 100, 80, 63 and 50 cubic foot sizes. Nitrox cylinders and twin manifold set-ups are also available.

TECHNICAL DIVING COURSES
We believe strongly in extending our diving horizons. We also believe in doing this properly and safely. To this end, we offer courses in technical diving.

No matter how far you want to go in technical diving, your first step should be a Nitrox course. Nitrox offers the advantages of extended no-decompression limits, and shortened surface intervals. Nitrox is not for "deep diving" but rather for making your diving within recreational depths safer and more effective. We offer Nitrox courses from IANTD, TDI and PADI. We also offer training on the Drager Dolphin Semi-Closed Circuit Rebreather. Rebreathers offer the advantages of greater breather gas efficiency, silent nearly bubble free diving, and a warm, moist breathing gas. The Drager Dolphin uses Nitrox, so you also get the advantages of Nitrox. The Dolphin course can be taken concurrently with Nitrox training from IANTD or TDI. Among the list of our past rebreather students is internationally known marine artist Wyland.

To extend your diving beyond recreational limits, we offer Deep Air and Advanced Nitrox training from IANTD. These courses offer limited decompression diving within the recreational depth limit of 130 feet. The courses include training in the use of double tanks, and a stage bottle for decompression gas.

To go beyond these courses, we can arrange for training with an instructor who can take you to the Technical Nitrox and Trimix levels.
