Human Rights.

There is a wonderful "Human Rights" department in Baghdad (it's feels so safe in there) at a Fort Knox type American compound. And they would be very, very busy in there with an estimated 10,000 to 20,000 detainees (who technically fall under the Geneva Conventions) that have no access to legal assistance nor family and no due process of law whatsoever; but that would actually require leaving the compound.

Needless to say the masses of unlawfully detained Iraqi's have not met anyone from this "Human Rights" department.
