Most people have at least some knowledge of America's treatment of African Americans and aboriginal Americans but few know anything about America's treatment of the Hawaiian Nation and its people, the kanaka maoli. Americas "Manifest Destiny" arrival in Hawaii very nearly resulted in complete extinction of the Hawaiian people and did in fact result in death for 95% of the Hawaiian population, mostly through disease and despair over the loss of their island nation. Few know that the United States "annexation" of Hawaii is illegal according to US Law and International Law and that in fact Hawaii has never been annexed by the United States. Accordingly, Hawaii is not the "50th State" by virtue of law. Few know that the United States outlawed the Hula dance and even the speaking of the Hawaiian language after the illegal annexation while shamelessly declaring the virtues of democracy and freedom. Few know that the sovereign Hawaiian Nation had over 90 consulates worldwide and treaties with 26 nations including a "Treaty of Friendship" with the United States. Few know that the Hawaiian people have overcome near extermination and two centuries of oppression to "Reinstate" their government within the dictates of International Law. Few Americans know that UNITED STATES PUBLIC LAW 103-150 (signed into law by then President Bill Clinton) affirms the inherent right of the Hawaiian Nation and people to independence. Few know that Hawaii is now the most nuclear dense region per capita on the planet with over 3000 nuclear weapons pointed at major civilian populations around the world. Most of all, few people know why Hawaii may very well determine the fate of humanity and our planet. This documentary tells you why?
This United States of Hypocrisy is an act of conscience by activist Ken Nichols who was forced to leave the "occupied territory of Hawaii" after formally renouncing US citizenship and facing illegal "Bench Warrants" for his arrest of which he proves false by virtue of official court transcripts.
"These warrants are blatant intimidation by US agents as a direct result of my speaking out honestly and more importantly acting out passionately to defend truth, justice and peace in Hawaii and beyond. From the US Government perspective I am nothing more than a criminal guilty (by the perversion of law) of sedition and seditious conspiracy to "overthrow the US Government" in Hawaii."
Nichols continues his activism through his revolutionary website (uksociety.org) and is currently finishing his autobiography, which is soon to be published. He currently resides in Holland and has officially sought political asylum there where his case is pending. He has formally announced his intent before international media to bring charges against US Heads of State for the above crimes and more in the newly formed International Criminal Court. Interestingly Nichols is an ex-Marine who earned a "Combat Action" award while serving in the Gulf War. He is also one of the 600,000 who involuntarily received experimental drugs from the US Military during that war which are now known to have direct links to Gulf War syndrome.
